Behavior & Husbandry

Green Banded Gobies spend most of their time perched on rockwork or near coral heads. They are calm and non-aggressive, making them ideal for nano reefs or peaceful community tanks.

They prefer stable environments with plenty of rock structure and low competition.


Feeding & Diet

Carnivorous and best fed small, frequent meals.

What We Feed at Lush Corals:

  • Frozen mysis shrimp (finely chopped)
  • Enriched brine shrimp
  • Small pellet foods

In Your Aquarium:

  • Small frozen foods
  • Micro pellets
  • Target feeding may be beneficial
