True Yellow Watchman Goby

A bright yellow reef favorite known for its bold coloration and fascinating symbiotic relationship with pistol shrimp. Hardy and full of personality, this is one of the best gobies for both beginner and experienced reefers.

Behavior & Husbandry

This species spends most of its time near its burrow, often forming a partnership with pistol shrimp. It will perch at the entrance and dart inside when startled.

They do best in tanks with sand beds and stable rockwork.


Feeding & Diet

Carnivorous and easy to feed once conditioned.
