Behavior & Husbandry

Pearly Jawfish require a deep sand bed (3–4 inches) to construct burrows. They will hover above their burrow and quickly retreat when threatened.

A tight-fitting lid is essential as they are known jumpers.


Feeding & Diet

Carnivorous and responds well to feeding once conditioned.
